Major conference room refurbishment completed at Principal Hayley's The Palace Hotel, Manchester

The stunning Grade II listed Palace Hotel in Manchester, part of the leading hotels and conference group Principal Hayley, today announced that they have completed a major refurbishment of their conference and events facilities.

Work on the conference refurbishment programme took two months and was part of an overall £10million investment to enhance the interior of this distinctive Manchester landmark.

The Grand Room is the single largest conference and event room in a hotel in the North West and all 885 square metres have been sympathetically refurbished to the highest of standards. Flooded with natural daylight and decorated in warm, vibrant colours with the latest state-of-the-art AV equipment and lighting, it is the ideal venue for hosting a banquet for 850 guests or a theatre-style conference for a 1,000 delegates.

The newly renovated Buckingham Suite can host a private dinner for 280 or be set up theatre style for 250 and the on-site professional AV company and dedicated Principal Hayley Conference Team ensures that each and every event runs smoothly. In addition to the two main conference room refurbishments the 16 additional meeting and break-out rooms have been fitted with the latest technology.

Finally an additional 18 bedrooms have been added to the hotel bringing the total to 275 rooms, each designed to suit the requirements of the business executive with high speed Internet connections and a dedicated working area.
